Priscilla Harrison defines leadership: “Leadership is about vision and purpose.  Know where you are going and why, and others will follow.  The true measure of leadership is influence.  Influence can be good or bad so a good leader has to have a good moral compass.”  When asked what Priscilla thought were the top 3 qualities in a leader, she replied, “It’s hard for me to define leadership by just 3 qualities.  A leader is constantly juggling many qualities such as attitude, discipline, sacrifice, trust, skill, potential, growth, vision, relationships and change.  On any given day, a leader will have to make decisions that involve any or all of these attributes.  Therefore, a good leader is a good student.  Bob Goshen says, “if you grow the person, the organization will grow.”, so we must all be constantly growing ourselves so that we can grow others.”
